"It was not the VW Caravelle expected. It was an obviously old vehicle, with bits falling off it. It was also dirty/untidy and did not appear to have been cleaned. It was definitely not the executive vehicle expected. That having been said, we were very happy with the driver, who turned up on time and gave us a very gentle ride. Because of this we gave the driver a £10 tip."
